Base Pricing Structure

 Basic Package: Starting at $250

• Pricing for our services is calculated based on each individual customer's needs. Most basic inventories only take a few hours to complete, and are estimated based on a rate of $0.10 per square foot (over 2,000 sq. feet, starting at $250). Inventories requiring more detailed documentation, therefore more time, are calculated based on the square footage of the home, as well as the number of specific items to be documented. • All Inventory packages include high definition video of the interior and exterior of the property, as well as two copies of the final inventory package, one year of free off-site storage, and up to two hours of travel time for free. Other options are available as well.

Business & Post - Loss Inventories: $35 per hour

• Charged hourly at $35/hour plus travel time. (Minimum 4 hours or $140) The same information as mentioned above is provided, unless specific information other than that mentioned is required by your adjuster or insurance company.

Annual Updates / Off-Site Digital Storage: $50 per year

• We encourage you to revisit your inventory at least once a year to add or delete items.
  The $50 fee is for service that can be completed without a site visit, this fee also includes storage of your inventory on our off site storage server. If you have substantial additions or have remodeled your home, a site visit may be required and will be billed at $35/hour.

• We will also keep a copy of your inventory on our off-site secure server free for one year. After one year a fee of $50 per year will be billed to maintain your copy. If this is not required, we will delete all records of your inventory if needed.

• We will provide you with an updated CD and printout of your updated database when your annual
  update is completed.
